 Harold will manage the engineering development for worldwide test handler solutions development. Reporting to the President, Harold will be a member of the Executive Team and provide effective leadership to all of the company's manufacturing operations and related functions, such as capital projects management and engineering support.

 He'll also be responsible for all operational and manufacturing aspects of the company's business related to its manufacturing facilities and support functions, both those that are currently active and any others that may come in the future.
